Under the International Treaty on the open sky a joint mission of US and Czech forces will execute an observational flight over the territory of the Russian Federation in the period of March, 09-14.
Russian Air Forces have organized trainings with strategic missile carriers.
The observational flight will be executed on an American surveillance plane, taking off from the city of Khabarovsk.
Russian specialists will also work on board the plane that is not intended for use of any arms. The plane has already undergone international controls.
The Treaty on the open sky was signed by 27 OSCE member states. Now 34 states partake in this Treaty, with Russia ratifying it in 2001.
Antonov informed that 35 flights have been already executed by international observers over Russia.
