Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Yevgeny Lukyanov, commenting on the S-300 supplies to Iran, said that “it is not a distant prospect.”
“It’s about the S-300 air defense system. We’ve made the decision on the S-300,” – said Lukyanov.
Before that, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow does not see a reason to pay a penalty for non-delivery of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems to Iran. According to him, “any legal costs are hardly possible, if deliveries are carried out.” He also said that there are no temporary delays in the supplies of the S-300 missile systems to Iran.
