“These management systems, like the fighter of new generation, are designed specifically for the T-50: they have higher dynamic characteristics, work faster and more accurately, thereby providing maneuverability of the aircraft,” – said Pavel Redko. According to him, the Nizhny Novgorod company before the end of 2016 should put the 5 sets of such systems under construction in Komsomolsk-on-Amur newest fighter; 6 systems have already been delivered to the prototypes of the aircraft before. “This year, we have to finish all the tests and get the documentation for the start of series production control systems for the T-50”, – said the CEO, noting that in a series of “Let the product, as well as the aircraft itself, it is planned in 2016”.
Over 350 cadets of Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of Russia (Kazan) conducted the last live firing using the guns of the T-72 for training in the Orenburg region in 2015, the press service of the Central Military District said on Friday.

The Russian Defense Ministry will form a separate military unit in the Crimea, which will protect information networks from cyber threats, reported a source in the Defense Ministry.
According to the source, the unit will perform tasks of “cyber defense of their information networks” and, if necessary, – of “disruption of possible enemy’s information networks, and as a result – disruption of the functioning of its command and control systems.”

About 90 aircraft and 50 helicopters held exercises in the south of Russia, said on Friday the press service of the Southern Military District.
“Today the Southern Military District hosted a number of tactical flight exercises with the Air Force command aviation and Air Defense forces of the Military District. In total, the final tactical flight exercises involved more than two thousand pilots, onboard specialists and representatives of ground services and about 90 Su-25, Su-27, Su-34, MiG-29, Tu-134, An-26, L-410 aircraft, and more than 50 Mi-28N, Mi-35, Mi-26, Mi-8AMTSh helicopters,” – a statement said.
Planes and helicopters from ten airfields located in the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov region and Crimea, worked out tasks on aircraft landfills during the week.
