Crews of the Lipetsk training center for aviation personnel and military trials of the Russian Defense Ministry will for the first time demonstrate the latest “4 ++” generation Su-35 and Su-30 fighters during a parade in Red Square. Pilots will perform flights as part of regular units each consisting of 4 aircraft.
In addition, the crews of the aviation center will perform a flight in a “tactical wing” of 10 aircraft, including the multi-purpose Su-34, Su-27 and MiG-29 fighters.
The Center has over forty major types of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles. They include IL-28 and MiG-15 jets as well as all subsequently produced aircraft of the frontline aviation and unmanned reconnaissance means such as the “Strizh”, “Reis”, “Krylo”.
