Black Sea Fleet flagship, missile cruiser “Moskva” returned to Sevastopol

The flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, the Guards missile cruiser “Moskva” returned to Sevastopol from a long voyage, head of the Black Sea Fleet information support department, Captain 1st Rank Vyacheslav Trukhachev said Tuesday.

In early June, the “Moskva” in cooperation with the ships of the Black Sea and Baltic fleets took part in the first Russian-Egyptian naval exercises “Bridge of Friendship-2015”. Later, ships and vessels of the Navy’s permanent grouping in the Mediterranean Sea formed a detachment of warships of the Black Sea Fleet. It continued performing tasks in the Atlantic Ocean.

The rest ships of the detachment continue performing tasks in a distant sea area.
