More than 50 ships and support vessels of the Baltic Fleet launched drills at deployment sites in the towns of Baltiysk and Kronstadt, the press service of the Baltic Fleet reported.
“The crews of warships, boats and supply vessels of the fleet started exercises, including preparing the ship for the voyage and testing of combat and everyday life at the base,” – a statement said.
The tasks are performed by all the Baltic Fleet ships – the crews of the “Nastoichiviy” destroyer, the “Steregustchiy”, “Soobrasitelniy”, “Stoikiy”, “Boykiy” corvettes, small missile ships and boats, large amphibious ships – in total over 50 ships and supply vessels.
