The Russian Navy will demonstrate fast-speed boats and armored personnel carriers in operation at the Army-2015 forum outside Moscow, Navy Commander Assistant for Military and Research Work, Captain 1st Rank Andrey Surov said on Tuesday.
The demonstration will be held at Komsomolskoye Lake of the Alabino testing range southwest of Moscow, he said.
The Navy will demonstrate the capabilities of BL-680 fast-speed boats and BTR-82AM APCs. The show program envisages the maneuvers of floating boats and combat vehicles, troops’ water crossing and the actions by combat swimmers to fight underwater subversion groups and hardware,” the defense official told TASS.
