Teams from Venezuela and China will take part in the competitions of crews of armored infantry vehicles “Suvorov onslaught” which will be held as part of the international military games in August, head of the combat training of the Ground Forces, Major-General Alexander Peryazev told reporters on June 23.
The second day of the all-army “Suvorov onslaught” competition is being held near Volgograd – the crews of combat vehicles from four military districts are competing for the title of the best team that will represent Russia at the international stage.
“The track is very difficult, requirements are very complex. Here the whole crew of the armored vehicle needs to work together. I believe that conditions for the “Tank biathlon” participants are a bit easier. Here requirements for firings are stricter, speeds are higher,” – said Peryazev.
